PRAZE AN BEEBLE, CORNWALL

 

First Step Homes SW completed construction on twelve affordable homes at Praze an Beeble in early December 2009. These homes were built in conjunction with Ocean Housing Group.

 

 CARN REACH, FOUR LANES

Seventeen 3 and 2 bedroomed homes at Four Lanes are due for completion in Spring 2008.

These have all been sold off-plan to local qualifying purchasers.

 

LAMANNA RISE, CURY 

 

Six 3 bedroomed houses were completed at Cury, on the Lizard Peninsula in August 2007.

These were all sold to local qualifying people.
