First Step Homes Ltd is a Bristol based company established in January 1997. From relatively small beginnings, this company has established itself as one of the foremost development companies in the Bristol area.

A large number of the projects undertaken within the last ten years have involved extensive refurbishments of listed and historical buildings which resulted in the revitalisation of previously derelict building stock.

First Step Homes (SW) Ltd was born out of First Step Homes. The primary objective of this company is to provide new homes for first time buyers at prices which are affordable.

In order to achieve our end goal of building these houses, the directors of First Step Homes (SW) Ltd have now set up an additional office based in Truro; and in doing so have made a statement that the long term commitment of the company is to bring land forward for this type of housing development in the coming years.
